    • Refund requests for subscriptions or credits that have expired will not be honored.

If you meet the eligibility criteria outlined above, you may request a refund by following these steps:

      • Account information (Name, Email, and Contact Number).
      • Reason for requesting the refund.

    • Our team will review your request and verify the information provided. This process may take up to 7 business days.
  3. Approval or Rejection:
    • If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    • If rejected, we will provide a detailed explanation for the decision.

4. Refund Amount

  1. Refunds will be processed based on the remaining balance or unused portion of the subscription/service.
  2. Any processing fees or applicable charges incurred during the payment may be deducted from the refund amount.
